How can I book a stay at our campsite?

You can book:

What are the opening and closing dates for 2026?

From April 25 to October 1.

Can I choose my pitch?

Yes, selecting a specific pitch number is available as an extra option (€8 per day) at the time of booking, subject to availability.

Where can I find a map of the campsite?

You can find the campsite map by clicking ici.

Are minors allowed? Can they come unaccompanied?

Minors must be accompanied by their legal guardian. For more details, please consult our Terms and Conditions (CGV).

How can I modify a reservation?

Send your request by email to contact@lesrivesdelaygues.com. Modifications are subject to availability and in accordance with our general terms and conditions.

How can I cancel a reservation?

All cancellation requests must be sent by email to contact@lesrivesdelaygues.com.
Cancellations will be processed according to the scale provided in our Terms and Conditions (CGV).

How does the cancellation insurance work?

We offer an optional “Campez Couvert” Cancellation and Interruption Insurance. You can download the full policy here.

Do I have to pay a security deposit during my stay?

Yes, for all accommodation rentals, a €250 deposit is required, payable by check or credit card imprint.

Payment Terms

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept credit cards (Carte Bleue, Visa, Mastercard), bank transfer, checks, Classic Holiday Vouchers, and Connect Holiday Vouchers. Accepted payment methods for the deposit and/or full stay may vary depending on the date of payment.

When and how should I pay the balance of my reservation?

For accommodation rentals, the full balance must be paid 30 days before arrival, and for pitches, 7 days before arrival.
Payment can be made by card, check, bank transfer, or holiday vouchers. You can also pay your balance through your online client account. On-site payments are not accepted.

Before Your Stay / Arrival

What time is check-in?

  • Rental accommodations are available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival.
  • Pitches are available from 11:30 AM.

Contact reception for any special requests.

Can I arrive early?

If you arrive before check-in, you can access the campsite and its facilities. However, keys will be handed over from 4:00 PM for rentals and 11:30 AM for pitches.

What if I arrive late?

In case of late arrival, we recommend contacting the campsite in advance.

What are the reception hours?

  • Low season: 9:00 AM – 12:30 PM & 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM
  • High season: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM

When are the campsite car gates closed?

The gates are closed from 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM.

During Your Stay / On Site

What dining options are available?

Our campsite has a snack bar. We invite you to download our app to discover the dining options available at the campsite.

Can I buy bread on site?

Yes, fresh bread and pastries are available at the campsite (by order in low season and with the baker’s visit in high season).

Can I buy other products at the campsite?

Yes, a small convenience store is available on site with essential items such as drinks, food, gas bottles, postcards, and more.

Can I invite guests from outside the campsite?

Yes, you can have outside guests. However, they cannot access the aquatic area and must check in at reception upon arrival.

Is recycling available at the campsite?

Yes, designated recycling areas are provided. Compost bins are also available for organic waste, helping us all contribute to an eco-friendly approach.

After Your Stay / Departure

What time is check-out?

For rentals, check-out is before 10:00 AM.
For pitches, check-out is before 11:00 AM.
Leaving before reception opens? No worries – you can drop your keys in the mailbox.

Do I need to make an appointment for the rental check-out?

Yes, it is necessary to schedule an appointment the day before.

Do I need to clean before leaving?

Yes, if you have not purchased the cleaning package, you are responsible for cleaning before departure.

Is late check-out possible?

Late check-out is only available in low season. It can be requested directly at reception, depending on availability. Please note that this option cannot be booked in advance.

Aquatic Area

What are the pool opening hours?

Our aquatic area is open from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Can I use the pool without being a camping guest?

Our aquatic area is exclusively reserved for guests of the campsite. Thank you for your understanding.

What types of swimwear are allowed for men?

Short-style swim trunks are permitted for men.

Accommodation / Pitches

What is the maximum capacity of my accommodation?

You can find the maximum capacity information in the description of the chosen accommodation.

What type of electrical outlet is available on bare pitches?

The electrical outlets on the pitches are CEE sockets.

Is it possible to rent a fridge for bare pitches?

Yes, a fridge can be rented for your pitch. We recommend booking it at the same time as your reservation to ensure availability.

What is the electrical amperage of the pitch?

The available pitches provide a 10 Amp power supply.

Are the rental accommodations air-conditioned?

All rentals are equipped with air conditioning except the lodge cabin and the ready-to-camp tents. You can find this information in each accommodation description.

Is there Wi-Fi access?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free throughout the campsite.

Do the rentals have televisions?

No, our rentals are not equipped with televisions.

Is heating available in the rentals?

All rentals are equipped with heating, except the ready-to-camp tents.

Is smoking allowed inside the rentals?

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all rentals.

What is the size of the beds?

This information is available in the description of each accommodation.

Are bed linens provided?

No, bed linens are not provided, but linen kits are available for purchase on site.

Are towels provided?

No, towels are not provided.

Are plug adapters available in the rentals?

No, we do not provide plug adapters, so please bring your own if needed.

Can I bring my own barbecue?

Yes, but only gas barbecues are allowed. Charcoal, wood, and electric barbecues are not permitted.

Is it possible to rent a barbecue / gas plancha?

Yes, a gas plancha can be rented during your stay, subject to availability. The rental fee is €8 per day. You can book it when making your reservation or directly on site, depending on availability.

Pets

Do you accept dogs?

Yes, we accept dogs (except Category 1 and 2 dogs). Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times, including on the rented pitch. They are not allowed in the aquatic area.

Which other animals are accepted?

We accept dogs, cats, and ferrets, but please note the following rules:

  • Animals must always be kept on a leash
  • Vaccinations must be up to date
  • Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed
  • Exotic pets (snakes, spiders, rats, etc.) are not permitted

Do you have a dog shower?

Yes, there is a dog shower available outside the sanitary facilities.

Children

Are baby cots available in the rentals?

Yes, you can request a baby cot free of charge when making your reservation (subject to availability).

Are babies counted in the maximum occupancy of the mobile homes?

Yes, babies are always included in the accommodation’s maximum capacity. The total number of people, including babies, must never be exceeded for safety and insurance reasons.

What activities are available for children?

Camping Les Rives de l’Aygues offers children’s playgrounds and a kids’ club for children aged 5 to 12 during the season.

Do you offer babysitting services?

No, we do not provide babysitting services.

Cars

Do you have charging stations for electric cars?

Yes, a Green’Up charging point is available in the camping car park, specifically designed for the safe charging of electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. Please contact reception for instructions on how to use it.

Where can I park my car at the campsite?

You can park your car on your pitch.

Activities and Services

Are there activities or entertainment?

Yes, the campsite offers daytime and evening activities in July and August. The schedule is sent to you when you book and is also displayed on the information board.

Do you have a swimming pool?

Yes, the campsite has a water area with a swimming pool and a children’s splash area.

Can we go canoeing in the Aygues River?

No, the water level is not high enough for canoeing.

Are there evenings or parties at the campsite?

Yes, DJ nights or concerts are organized during the summer, 1 to 2 times per week maximum, in order to maintain the campsite’s peaceful atmosphere.

Do you have a laundry?

Yes, there are two self-service washing machines available in the sanitary blocks. Tokens are sold at reception.
